    President

    Cathy is co-founder, President, and majority stakeholder of Studio for Architecture. For nearly thirty years, Cathy’s professional career has focused on formulating design concepts for various project types. She is often referred to as the “craftsman” because of her unique ability to integrate design and technical disciplines of the profession into one. Cathy’s unwavering commitment to the design process has resulted in continued project successes, respect from her peers and a high level of satisfaction among her clients.

  • Ron Reitz

    AIA, NCARB, LEED AP

    Vice President

    Ron has been a design leader in Southwest Florida for the past 14 years. He is passionate about creating projects that have an impact on the communities in which they serve. Ron’s experience has included more than 6.1 million square-feet of projects, including aviation, recreation centers, libraries, Mixed-use Multi-family, educational facilities, commercial and parish centers.

  • Patrick Hartig

    LEED AP

    Project Manager

    Patrick, a St. Louis native, has always been driven by a profound passion for creativity and construction, leading him to a natural calling in architecture. His journey in the world of design and architecture began early, with a love for intricate drawings and envisioning structural masterpieces. High school revealed his deep-seated passion when he discovered drafting, which ignited a lifelong devotion to architecture. In 1997, Patrick made a life-altering decision to relocate to Fort Myers, Florida, where he has firmly rooted himself in the community for an impressive 25 years.

  • Jen Gloer

    AIA, NCARB

    Project Manager

    Jen most likely developed an interest in architecture and design in the many hours building elaborate cities with Legos with her brother and neighbors. Working all those late nights in the studio at Kent State University, she realized it really would be fun to get paid to draw and put together buildings every day.

  • Carlos Roche

    Project Manager

    With over four decades of experience in the field of Design and Construction, Carlos has established himself as a seasoned professional. Holding a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the prestigious University of California at Berkeley, he possesses a wealth of knowledge and skills. His experience lies particularly in government buildings as evidenced in his extensive portfolio.

  • Marquessa Pichette

    Assoc. AIA

    Architectural Designer

    Marquessa holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of South Florida. During her time at USF, she traveled abroad to Scandinavia to study in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway where she developed a love for social and environmentally mindful design in urban settings.
