With over four decades of experience in the field of Design and Construction, Carlos has established himself as a seasoned professional. Holding a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the prestigious University of California at Berkeley, he possesses a wealth of knowledge and skills. His experience lies particularly in government buildings as evidenced in his extensive portfolio.
Carlos has dedicated the past twenty-eight years of his career exclusively to aviation projects, serving as an integral part to the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority as he successfully contributed to both large scale and small-scale projects. His commitment and dedication to his work has earned him a commendable reputation in the industry.
Growing up as the son of a Staff Sergeant in the US Army Carlos had the opportunity to reside on various army bases across the country from Fort Knox, KY to FT. Carson, CO, he has experienced diverse environments. He also has a deep appreciation for the outdoors which led him to become a Boy Scout leader for over two decades. His passion for scouting has been passed down to his two sons who have achieved the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout. Today, Carlos enjoys long visits to the beach on Sanibel, biking and kayaking.
